How Do We Do This?

  • You request a quote.
    You send us the file, or a low-resolution copy of the file, or the print, or a low-resolution scan of the print.
    ( You get the idea - we need enough to be able to judge what and how much needs to be done. )
    While we can use our professional judgement and decide what is needed for you, it will help if you can describe the changes you would like in some detail.
  • We send the quote.
  • You agree to our proposal and submit the order.
    Modifications to the job order can be made at this time if desired.
    You also mail us any materials we will need that you didn't send when requesting the quote.
  • We do the work, and email a low-resolution copy for your approval.
  • If the work does not meet your standards in any way, you should 'Refine' your order. You should be quite specific about the further changes that need to be made.
    It is important to us that you be very satisfied with our work, and we will continue until you are.
  • You approve and pay for the work.
  • We send you the finished picture and return your materials.


Worth Noting

Since you don't pay until the work is done to your satisfaction, you're not at risk of losing anything but some time.
We are at risk for our time and effort to bring you a good product that will enhance your life, and allow us to make our living, which certainly enhances ours.
The exception would occur when sending physical materials is necessary. In that situation, you do incur some expense in the shipping of your materials (both ways).
If you have ordered prints (which we purchase from a premium professional printer), we are at risk for the purchase of the prints and shipping to you, while you are at risk only for the return shipping.

We can do this because we are confident in our skills and our ability to complete your job to your satisfaction.
