We will 'reply to' your email with the Quote, so we don't need much Personal Information. To reduce spamming we do require that you enter your email address, and that it match the 'From' entry on your email. If you enter a Preferred Salutation we will use it in our communications with you.
Prior customers qualify for the Accumulated Volume Discount, so please enter your Customer Number if you have one. We'll try to match up your email if you don't know it. If you represent a company or any other sort of organization, enter the Organization Name as well - that is another way to receive the Accumulated Volume Discount.
We do keep all customer-related information secure, and will never share it with anyone else.
